Konnex provides information about local service businesses sourced from publicly available data, including business directories and public listings. This data includes business names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, ratings, reviews, and email addresses found on publicly accessible web pages.
All business data displayed on Konnex Explorer is publicly viewable and does not require an account. Contact details available through Konnex Connect and the API are sourced from publicly available information and verified through our multi-step verification process.
Your responsibilities when using business data from Konnex:
Konnex is not responsible for how you use data obtained through the platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations.
We retain your account information (email, transaction history, credit balance) for as long as your account is active, plus any period required by applicable tax and accounting laws. If you request deletion of your account and data, we will remove it within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.
API usage logs are retained for 12 months for billing and service reliability purposes, then automatically purged.
